The unique advanced control strategy for EV charging stations combined with solar PV systems was analyzed in this research. Due to the advanced nature of the control, the suggested system improves power quality while contributing to the creation of clean energy.

Harmonic compensation, active-reactive power regulation, DC bus voltage management, and maximum power point tracking (MPPT) for PV systems are the main goals of these PV-integrated systems .

A three-phase onboard AC charger is built within the vehicle and connected to the PCI of the CS. The vehicle that requires DC charging is nonetheless connected to the CS's DC link using a bidirectional DC-DC converter. A bidirectional DC-DC converter is also used to exchange power with a storage battery that acts as the CS's backup power source.
