An 80 percent battery health level should still be enough to get you through the day for most users. However, at 40 or 50 percent of battery health, things start degrading really rapidly. You will be able to use your iPhone only for a couple of hours after each charge.

The system report showing 61 cycles with 87% battery capacity is still really bad. 239 cycles 99% health (this is weird because it was at like 89% recently and now it’s back to this.) I guess I burned through more battery than average because of Logic Pro and Civ VI, and being too lazy to plug in when lounging around.
These values are just rough estimates don’t worry about it. Mine showed 87% after 7 months and remained 87% for the next 4-5 months. After the latest update it recalibrated itself to 89%. Well, as per Apple batteries retain 80% of heath after 500 cycles which on average should be around 2-3 years.
