As we do not employ in-house installers, we function solely as wholesalers/retailers of equipment. Consequently, even if we have referred an installer we know, payment must be made and cleared prior to dispatching goods directly to you or to them for collection on your behalf.

We offer two payment options: EFT bank transfers and card payments. It’s important to note that card payment orders made on our website may take up to 72 hours to reflect. Therefore, please allow at least 3 working days for the processing of card payment orders.

For expedited processing, we recommend using EFT payments. Additionally, Immediate Pay & Clear can be utilized to accelerate processing, except for customers not banking with First National Bank.

Prior to making any payments, please confirm stock availability. Reversals may take up to 7 working days for processing as accounting and management need to confirm all details.
