You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. You can notify us of your decision by email at [email protected]

Once cancellation has been processed and goods are returned in the appropriate condition, you will be issued a credit note for the items, and funds will be refunded to you within 60 working days.

Please note that a 10% handling/packaging fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount for all canceled orders.

We will reimburse you within 60 working days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The goods are in the original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regularly priced goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded, unless not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
