Order Processing and Dispatch:

If you choose to collect your order, please allow one working day for preparation. For example, if you order before 4 pm today, you can collect your order after 12 noon the following day. We will keep you updated via email, call, or WhatsApp throughout the process.

Nationwide Shipping:

We ship nationwide using our trusted partner, The Courier Guy. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa. Typically, deliveries take between 1-3 working days. However, deliveries to the Western Cape may take up to 3 working days, while other provinces usually experience overnight delivery.

Shipping Charges:

For most items, we do not charge shipping fees. However, for solar panels, a packaging fee is applicable to cover the cost of purchasing a pallet and protective wrap for secure transportation. Additionally, shipping fees for solar panels range from R100 to R350 per panel, depending on volume and destination.

Special Delivery Options for Johannesburg and Gauteng:

If you are based in Johannesburg or surrounding areas of Gauteng, we offer special delivery options using private vehicles or contractor trucks. In such cases, no packaging fee will be charged, even for solar panels.
